NO UMD option must be enabled. Maybe ur iso is stuffed. download another one. maybe file name too long? or is that only on old custom firmware?

What is the file name your dragging to the ISO folder on the Memory Stick (Give us the full name of the file)?

Does it end in .iso or does it end in something like .r01?

Here are a few other things I didn't see mentioned in previous post.

Make sure the title of the ISO is short.

Example:

Correct -- Fifa07.iso
Not Correct -- FIFA-07-[PSP][EUR][www.torrent site.com].iso

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Now right click on the ISO file and choose Properties. Make sure the Read Only and Hidden box is unchecked and the Archive Box is checked.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Go into recovery mode (Hold R shoulder button down while turning on PSP)

Go to configuration and press X.

Now go to UMD MODE and keep pressing X till you see Sony NP9660 NO UMD

When the UMD MODE says the above option go to BACK and press X.

Now go to ADVANCED and press X.

Go to ADVANCED CONFIGURATION and press X.

Make sure all the settings here are disabled.

Now go Back and EXIT out of recovery menu. Now try the ISO.

from the looks of it I have the same (or similar problem)

I had other ISO's working fine but when I tried the ratchet and clank ISO I had I had no luck. The structure of the rar file I had it in seems similar to the screenshot that you took. from the looks of it it seems like the ISO is split up into different sections (my guess is to somehow save space through this method),
they are all named the same and then there are a few with weird file extensions like nl-rcsm.r36

I tried extracting one of the sections and actually got it to run on my psp but it froze after selecting the language. I am pretty certain my assumption is correct.

does anyone know how to piece back together all the files so it is a single iso? my best bet is that all the files need to somehow be combine in order to have the complete ISO.

does anyone know

@bikerjeg

Try changing the CPU Clock speed for UMD/ISO to 333 when playing Ratchet and Clank. This seemed to have worked for most having those issue.

Go into recovery mode. Hold R shoulder button down while turning the PSP on.

Now go to CPU Speed then down to Speed in UMD/ISO Press X till you see 333. Now go up to BACK then down to EXIT and try running the game.
