"i download a program file video active X acess then now spycather is given the alertALERT(stoped system tempering)module c:program filesvideo active X accessiesmn.exe tried to change a system setting(register a browser helper object(BHO))
now it just change my browse to this site without i open the internet explorer to

every 2 mnt a syst alert like windws updaate will show saiing some likee this
syst alert!(syst has detected a number of active spyware applications tht may impact the performance of your pc.click the icon to get rid of unwanted spyware by downloading an up-to-date antispyware solution) if i click it will take me to the same site i mention above.how can eleminate it

every time restart my pc norton can block it but can't remove and can't detect it even with a full scan

i need help so bad before i go ahead to reinstall OP again

First boot into safe mode and run a full scan with Norton. Afterwards post a HiJack This! log. You can get into safemode by pushing F8 or "delete" once every second from the time your PC turns on. You will know when you get to the menu to chose safe mode.
