Problems with flashing my Drive

Hello,
I just got my new XBox 360 premium with HDMI. A friend, who wanted to flash my drive told me that i obviously got unlucky because i have a Phillips/BenQ Drive. [url=http://img182.imageshack.us/img182/954/xboxlaufwerkwx6.jpg][/url]
He says that it is impossible right now to flash that drive.
My Question is now, whether there is any chance to flash it or not.
If there isn't is there a chance of sending the XBox back and getting a new XBox with another drive (in the new Premium with HDMI)?

there is a way to update the firmware on the benq but you have to know what you are doing. i got a benq in my elite but i am gonna wait until there is an easy way to flash it. give it time and i'm sure it wont be too long till c4e and the others bring out an easy way to flash it. c4e has already said its much the same as a sammy drive so that should be good news for us benq owners :-)

alternatively you could take it back and get a different one and hope you get one with a hitachi 78 in which is easily flashable.

Mh, thanks for the fast answer. Can you give me a link to your way to update the firmware?
And does anyone know, if there is a Benq drive in every new Premium with HDMI?

if you check over at xboxhacker.net there is a thread about upgrading the benq.
not every premium with a hdmi comes with a benq drive.
