Ok, I'm new to the whole PSP firmware thing.. I just got a PSP the other day so it's 3.52 =/

From what I understand there is absolutely nothing you can do to a 3.52 to play iso's and such, but that's mainly what I want to do. My question here is, is there any way to play iso's with 3.52? Like can 3.52 M33 support it? Do I have to do the whole pandora's battery thing? Forgive me for being a complete noob but I tried using the search function and all that and I couldn't get exactly what I was looking for.

you first need to do pandoras battery then you update to 3.52 m33.

Thanks for the reply.. I'm still trying to understand the whole downgrading thing =/

Wouldn't it be wiser than to do pandora's battery then downgrade to 1.5 instead of M33?

The Pandora's Battery downgrades the psp to 1.50.

have also brought a new psp today interested in homebrews and the like but noobie. have read you can purchase a pandora's battery from datel. will that eliminate the need for another psp already enabled with home brew or not. don't need to spend money on things that won't help me out. thx for any help

Well if you have a hombrew enabled psp you can do this for free. If you dont then I guess you can buy the datel battery. It sould do the same thing.
