I was playing far cry evolution a couple days ago, but then as I go from the second to last level into the last level it just freezes on a black screen. I figured it was the game so I cleaned the disc, tried it again and it did the same thing. I still thought it was the game so I tried my gears of war game. I was playing just fine for a while, then when I went out of one building on my way to another all the background disappeared. It looked like my guy was just flying in air. I cleaned that disc and tried again and it did the same thing. I bought gears of war brand new and have only had it a few months, and only played it once through the campaign. So now I am worried that something is wrong with my machine. I was playing a brand new copy of call of duty 3. While I was walking through a level the background disappeared just for a second and then went back to normal. So I am wondering if this is something that happens a lot to anyone else. Do you think I should be worried about my console being buggered, or is it just the games? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have also been using one of those Nyko coolers, then I saw that warning today. I checked my xbox and the Nyko cooler hadn't damaged anything yet. So I was wondering if it is a common occurence for the Nyko cooler to break your machine, or if it is just a few isolated incidents. If I do have to take the cooler off, do I need to use another cooler or can I just use my xbox 360 without any added on coolers? I don't want to damage the console so any help on this would be really appreciated.
