Hi, i am new to all this so i appologise if this is in the wrong forum. When i download films, before i even burn them some are out of sync. I was wondering if there is a guide out there to help put it back in sync or if there is software that might help. I would be grateful if anyone could help. Cheers.

Are they AVI files?
And when you say they are out of sync before burning, do you mean that they are ok when downloaded, but when converted to DVD - but before burning, that they are out of sync?

Try this from 'Mistycat', using AviMux.
Drag your file into the top window, highlight it and select "generate data".
In the lower window' highlight the audio and if anything other than 0 appears to the right, select "start" and in a minute or two you'll have a new file to use.

Try loading the file into AVIDemux (not the same as 'AviMux')and then save it.
Remember to give it a complete name - if it's an AVI video name it myclip.avi, as the program will not add the extension.
