as if they had measures to stop it for 1 game they would do it for ALL games

For whatever reason people think because it's a high profiled game that they're gonna take many efforts to thwart piracy or copying. That's just not the case, if they had some type of amazing technology that could stop a game from being copied then it'd be on every game, movie, music cd etc. so it's a bunch of bULS*iT, wherever you got that from! But I'm pretty sure you just made it up in your head though.

If they did that then Xbox would not be able to play halo3, Xbox is already made to read the disc in one way and putting any more security there will not be posible. If you read the procedure of backup then you will know that is not posible to make an xbox game that could not be copied. Anyway why so much hype about Halo 3, I played demo and it is not that better than Bioshock.

If they came out with some kind of technology now, then it wouldn't be on every Game, Movie, music etc. because it would've just came out!

Well I would have to agree with the thread title,because you will have to use dual layer media and not just any regular dvd haha lol.I don't think Halo 3 will be any different than any other game.

if the 360 can play it it can be ripped from the 360!
there is no dought that it can be ripped.
my opinion the only rips there will be is the ones that pay for a pretty halo 2 game with a bad story in a new package wit a new look for a big price!
i too played the halo 3 beta and i WAS NOT IMPRESSED.
I have lost all and any respect i had for this site!

There is no new technology of the such...wake up! I'm pretty sure every site and even the nursing homes would know about such a technology "IF" it existed which it "DOESN'T."
