I got a 3.10 oe b firmware and I want up grade it to a 3.51 m33, but some of the guides I read says that I need to downgrade my psp to 1.5 before I can upgrade. is this true or can I upgrade it from my 3.10 oe b.
and cam someone give me a link to a good guide on how to upgrade to the 3.51.

you can go straight from where you're at but i would recomend 3.52m33-4 it has alot of features eg:a built in umd ripper to rip the iso from you're umd's to your pc via usb,a no umd mode thats 98%compatible with iso's,the ability to access the flash(0) without going into recovery the list goes on
