HELP.. HITACHI --- SAMSUNG ---- RESTORE??

I have a small problem. My Hitachi drive is dead, I have the key etc. for when I modded it originally. I have a brand new M25 drive that I would love to use, can anyone help me out with this? Can it be done? What to use? The only Hitachi replacement drives out in the world on ebay seem to be in Hong Kong. Any threads out there with this info perhaps?

GOD I NEED TO PLAY!!!!!!!!!!
