It doesn't really matter.
Exploits won't be needed ever again most likely

What about them?
There's the Pandora which ((in case you haven't heard)) downgrades all PSPs, so downgraders are out.

Yes it does work on the slim.
Well you can't take you fat PSPs Pandora and use it on a Slim, but you can make one with a Slim.

If I understood the guides I read you must use a Fat PSP's battery to make a Pandora that is usable on a Slim. A PSP 2000 (or slim) does not have the 1.50 firmware necessary to make the battery currently. Even after being hacked the PSP 2000 does not have FW 1.50 support.

I plan to try my hand at custom firmware on my PSP 2000 tomorrow using my buddy's homebrew-enabled PSP 1000. You must use the PSP 1000 to create the battery and use a homebrew application to alter the files on the memory card to make it compatible with the PSP 2000.

Oh.
Guess I'm wrong.
I knew it didn't have 1.5 support but I thought it was just a different battery basically.

Well exploits still don't matter for the original subject.
