Ive Ripped a copy of a DVD that no longer played in my regular DVD player to the HD of my computer using a program called DVD Decrypter... I downloaded DVD shrink, how do I go about compressing the movie so i can burn it to a regular 4.7gb DVD?

If the VIDEO_TS folder doesn't require compression you can open it in "build" mode with Imgburn and burn directly to your disc.
