From the Readme:
Installation instructions:
- Copy oeupdmaker and oeupdmaker% to /PSP/GAME if you are in 1.50, or to /PSP/GAME150 if you
are in any SE/OE version. Get the 1.50 and 3.40 Sony updaters (of any region, because all are
currently the same), and copy them in the oeupdmaker directory with the names 150.PBP and 340.PBP.
I have copied the oeupdmaker and the oeupdmaker% into the folder, where do i get the 1.50 and 3.40 Sony upaters from??

if your trying to go to 3.40 oe why not use the easy installer?

sorry my fault the easy install was moved sphynx630 kindly put up the easy install http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1134 please remove the following from ur psp oeupdmaker and the oeupdmaker%

welcome to custom firmware. now one small thing before we go on. knock ur psp off, then power ur psp on while holding R. it will take a try or 2 a recovery menu will come up let me know when it does.

grand, now go down to advanced press x connect usb to psp, go to toggle usb(flash0) make a folder on ur laptop rename it flash0, go to where ur psp is on ur laptop u will see folder's select all right click and copy go to the folder u just made and paste the files inside.

that's it. now u can exit fron the recovery menu. format ur memory stick, let me know when ur done :)
