Okay, so I dl'ed the eboot.php and keys.bin (I didn't make it myself).
I enabled popstation plugin (the basic one that came with the M33-4 update) through the recovery menu.
My kernel is set to 1.5.
The Inuyasha game is in the Inuyasha folder in PSP/GAME.
The game loads and plays fine until I am done with the first battle and they start talking, then the game freezes.
I tried to hold the R button while loading the game to get to the popstation menu but that didn't work.
Any advice?
It is greatly appreciated.
Also I am experiencing slowdown + sound problems with some roms on snestyl if anyone can help me with that also.
Thanks to everyone for enlightening me!

Download this SEPLUGINS folder.
Extract it and then drag the seplugins folder over to your PSP root directory. Choose YES TO ALL when it asks to overwrite.
Now go into recovery menu.
make sure the PSP is off (Hold power button up till PSP turns off) now hold R shoulder button down while turning on the PSP. (Make sure the PSP is off and not in sleep mode)
When the recovery menu comes up go down to Plugins.
Enable the popsloader plugin then Exit the Recovery menu and the pops menu should come up when starting the PSX game. If you need to change the pops version hold R down while booting the PSX game.

Do you think it could have anything to do with:
1. The fact there is no manual for this game
2. Maybe the GameID is wrong?
Thanks to everyone for enlightening me!

1.Why would a game not work if it does not come with a manuel?? Think about that for a second :/
2.The gameid does not mean much. You can manually change it to what ever the hell you want, although for some games, using an offical Sony id from one of their releases does make a difference.
3.Delete the keys.bin, tet are no good in m33.
Use the plugin larry gave you, nd experiment with different pops versions. If that doesnt work, experiment with different game id's.

Did you try the seplugins I linked above?
The 1 that I have linked has 3.0/3.01/3.02/3.03/3.10/3.11/3.30/3.40/3.51 and Original from flash (3.52)

not yet, I don't have usb 2.0 ports or a PSP USB cable so I do all my stuff at a friends house, I'll try it out the next time I go over.
I'm a bit upset because I tried to put on a screen protector and it didn't go well, so my screen suffered.
Your link to the plugins doesn't work, keeps saying no servers are available with the requested data on them. I am not a member of facebook or myspace either.

The link is working fine for me. Plus you don't need to be a member to download it from that site.

Yes your are right, my college just was blocking the link.
I'll install the new seplugins when I get a chance.
Do you guys think the keys.bin is causing problems?
I am on 3.52 M33-4 CFW.

The Keys.bin file is not needed to play the game. There is no way that affects it. Just delete it.

So I installed and enabled the new seplugins folder you gave me.
I deleted the keys.bin also.
Now the game won't start and I am presented with this message:
"The game could not be started. (CA000005)".
What is the problem? What do I need to do?
EDIT
I checked another forum and they said this error is due to there being no keys.bin file, so I guess you guys screwed me.
Thanks to everyone for enlightening me!

If your running 3.52 m33-4 then you do not need the KEYS file.
The files should be placed in this order...
ms:0/PSP/GAME/Inuyasha/EBOOT.PBP
Go into recovery menu. Then to Configuration and set the GAME FOLDER if it says 1.50 kernel change it to 3.52 kernel (This shouldn't make a difference but just try it)
Make sure the popsloader plugin is enabled under plugin and try the game again.

I don't care who is right or wrong as long as it works, but I did do as I was told.
Larry what you told me is how I had it. I even disabled and re-enabled the popsloader plugin.
I just downloaded 3 games, going to fiddle around and see what happens.
Sadly I am working with USB 1.1 ports here ;(
Does it matter if I leave the keys.bin file there?
Thanks to everyone for enlightening me!

I didn't have any save data. I deleted that game and am putting on Tales of Eternia Disc 1 right now.
I'm going to leave the keys.bin file though. Hopefully this works!
EDIT
The game seems to work perfectly to me, it just booted and ran fine (no other menus or anything).
As the Inuyasha game stopped working when I deleted the keys.bin file, I left the keys.bin that came with this file (I noticed my analog stick doesn't do anything tho).
Thanks to everyone for enlightening me!

Your pirated version of Inuyasha is bad..buy the game and do it yourself if you want to play it that bad!

Truthfully, I actually do own the real Japanese Inuyasha PSX game and Ruroni Kenshin RPG game (believe it or not). Maybe the file is bad and I will make my own copy of my CD, I will have to try it again on my PSP b4 I give up on it.

Okay, I disabled the popsloader plugin in the recovery menu:
1. The psx game ran when I tried it and still ran when I restarted the PSP, how is this?
So there is a built in PSX emulator on high FWs and CFWs, ok
2. What does it mean when you have popsloader enabled and you don't get the warning screen (that says PSX converted to PSP blah blah) seen here:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=_VNyDnG8P6c
and the game simply boots?
3. Could anyone please hook me up with a good PSXPSP compatibility list? Most of the ones I looked aren't so specific and don't have all the games.
Found a good one here http://www.gamerspress.com/index.php?tit...patibility_List
I'm going to delete the keys.bin file and try another game.
I APOLOGIZE FOR W/E, JUST HELP ME HERE PLEASE!
EDIT
So I deleted the keys.bin file from TOE, FF7, and Inuyasha and I get the same error that the game can't be started on kernel 1.5 and 3.52.
I put the keys.bin file back in there and it works now. Also, I held in the R button the whole time the games were booting and I never got anywhere (Yes I am on 3.52 M33-4 and popsloader is enabled in the the recovery menu).
The only difference I see is that Inuyasha and FF7 gave me the warning screen and TOE didn't.
I don't get what is going wrong?
After doing some research and looking here:
http://translate.google.com/translate?hl...l%3Den%26sa%3DG
I probably needs my keys.bin because:
1. My popsloader is set to 3.10 (and I seemingly can't change it)
2. Whoever made the torrent used an older version of popstation where the keys.bin are always needed.
It seems I should rip my own ISO and make the eboot myself, but that might not fix my popsloader problems.
I'm just truly puzzled here because I can't access the popsloader menu even though it is enabled and I can see the warning screen.
These are the questions I think I need answered most:
1. Why didn't the popsloader menu ever come up when starting a PSXPSP game when I had the plugin enabled and also held the R button while the game booted (tried on 1.5 and 3.52 kernel)?
2. Does the keys.bin file prevent popsloader from working?
(since my games were made awhile ago and don't work without their keys.bin files)
Somebody found the answer to my problem here and didn't post the answer:
