I have a v14 Ps2, and the Swap Magic 3.8 Coder disc. I have successfully backed up and booted games like Resident Evil 4, Suikoden V, Batman Begins, Marvel Alliance, Spider Man 3, Metal Gear solid 3, Final Fantasy 12, Dirge Of The Cerberus, Silent Hill 3, Silent Hill 4, Wild Arms 4, all .hack games, Dead Or Alive 2, Prince Of Persia: The Two Thrones and so on. Every game I have tried to backup successfully worked except Prince Of Persia Warrior Within ( I did get it to work by downloading the iso from utorrent and burning that. Yes I own the original. For some reason The Warriors and The Punisher will not boot. I save the iso to my hard drive using dvd decrypter. I then burn the iso to Memorex DVD+R media at 1X speed. I know every one say's to use DVD-R but I have tried to on 5 games and none boot. Also I have tried Sony, Maxell, Verbatim, and Memorex Dvd+R and Dvd-R. All of them either skip or won't boot at all except Memorex dvd+R so I'm sticking with that. I have tried Verbatim, Memorex, and Maxell on The Warriors and The Punisher just in case. None work. I don't understand why these two won't work but all the other ones do. AND I HAVE ABOUT A 100 BACKUPS. Does anyone have a suggestion to make these 2 work?
P.S. I have tried to refresh the toc size with Swap Magic 3.8. I boot Swap Magic, take out Magic key A(or tool A whatever you call it). The screen then say's insert larger toc disc. I use an original of Final Fantasy 10 and insert key A back in. The disc starts spinning and spins forever. I tried for 20 minutes one time. The whole time the screen say's insert larger size toc disc. Any suggestions?
