Hey everyone,
I backed up my version of Halo 2 in case of scratch the original, and have a valid ISO, a modded 360 (Ixtreme firmware), and I have burnt this Image on too a DVD-R using Nero, and when I put it in my 360, it says "This is an original Xbox game, please put it in an original Xbox"... why is it that I cannot play this on my 360? I have played the original a million times, but the backup will not work. Can somebody help me? The ISO is Ixtreme compatible and all of that stuff, so I have no idea what is wrong...

you must use a kreon flashed dvd drive to rip the original xbox1 game(not xbox backup) and you must burn the image to a dl dvd disk.

i dont think nero will work. as fudpucker said a dvd-r will not load in ixtreme it must be dual layer. and burn it with either imgburn or clone cd.

you can create it in notepad and it should look like this
LayerBreak=1913760
"game name goes here ".iso
(save it as the same name as the iso, for example, if your iso is called bioshock-dagger.iso then your note pad file will need to be saved as bioshock-dagger.dvd))
this must be saved in the same directory as the iso.
alternatively you can just burn the iso in imgburn and no need for a .dvd file, but i think you need to set the layerbreak manually that way. i'd just create the .dvd file and use clone cd. works fine for me.

How do I know what the laybreak number is? Do I just enter something random?

I used CloneCD, set it to a DVD-ROM using DVDInfoPro, and burnt it to a Verbatim DVD +R DL

I used ImgBurn, But I think know why it didn't work.
When I opened it up in mulleter it had everything checked except IXtreme compatible.
Does anyone know who to make this get checked?
