Hi, my friend has bricked his psp and he only has one memory stick
(1GB Pro Duo) and only one battery. Now my question is, when i convert the memory stick to a magic memory stick, will I still be able to go back and use the memory stick once its converted. Or will it not operate properly. I know you can restore the jigkick with a backup of the eeprom serial but can you do the same for the magic memory stick. :-)

- Assistance would be aprreciated :-)

Yes just format it like normal in PSP after words.

If he has issues with the MS doing it that way then follow the steps below. You might wanna do the steps below anyway.

Connect the PSP to PC via USB and right click on the PSP MS drive letter and choose format. Choose FAT32 as file system and untick the QUICK box and format.

Then format again using PSP System Settings.

Make sure you press Triangle when you first run the Pandora Creator so you backup the Battery EEPROM.

After you unbrick the PSP connect the PSP to the Wall Charger (Without the Pandora battery in the PSP). Now turn on the PSP wait for it to boot up. Insert the Magic MS and then insert the Pandora Battery. Now run the Pandora Battery creator again and press L & R at the same time. It will give you a error 0x48 something like that but this is normal. It is now converted back to a normal battery.

No you can format the Magic MS.
