maybe you haven't heard about this before.your ps2 slim must be pure one (non modded).first let your ps2 slimline in standby mode.then put a ps1 game onto it and press the power 1 time until you heard the noise from the console.then press the power 3 times again.there you go,you should see the game started to play.

What?
Didn't you know it was already possible to play DVD and PS1? Sorry, but his isnt a trick. It is normally possible and the PS2 does it out-of the box! It isnt special. You don't even have to press the power 3 times, just put a ps1 game in and power it on, voila, it's running....
