backlight problem?????

i just downgraded and upgraded to 3.40 OE-A with a pandora's battery.

when i upgraded, everytime i goto recovery or start a homebrew, the backlight turns off. i have to press the light button next to the music button to get it back on.

its not that big of a deal, but it gets kinda annoying.

how to i fix this?

try reflashing.
