But, i think all games so far don't require 3.52, however soon they will.

almost all of them can be played with 3.40OE but there are relally some games that requires higher than 3.40

Oh yea, because Sony makes the demos, they put the latest firmware on them, to trick people into updating... clever aren't they.

u might aswell just upgrade to 3.52M33-4.but if u have no problems then stick with 3.40OE-A.well at least wait till really good games come out that require 3.5x.

blah! just propaganda that it's better then 3.40OEA!
no new games (as of yet)require 3.52 as of yet, some demo's may require 3.52 but that can be changed by switching .52 to .40 in the param.sfo of the demo iso. using a hex editor.
EDIT> Tomb Raider Anniversary says it requires 3.50 so if u want to play THAT game u will have to be on 3.51M33 or 3.52M33
