my new psp had warranty now im on 3.40 oea
did i void my warranty
what if i update to official firmware would my warranty b good

Yes, if you update, your warranty is good AS LONG as one year hasn't past since you bought the PSP.

techinacly though, you voided your warranty by being on a OE or by flashing or doing anything thats not signed by sony for that matter.
