is there any way to use the sixaxis on a pc wirelessly with bluetooth?

No unless you can figure out how to get the pc bluetooth to pair with the controller.

I don't know about wirelessly, but there is a driver you can download to make your pc recognise the controller.

I use that driver and it is wired. I love using my sixaxis as my pc pad. Kind of ironic that I use a sony playstation controller to play halo...lol
