Upgrading from 3.10 OE-A to 3.30 OE-A

I have downloaded custom firmware 3.30 OE-A and in the read-me file says I need a sony 3.30 updater!! Ive looked everywhere over the net and am unable to find one!!

Any one know where I can get this or where I can download 3.30 OE-A with this already included

p.s I have tried to upgrade staight to 3.40 OE-A but not have much luck so thought I'd try 3.30 1st

Any help would me great!!!

I have downloaded it and tryed to install but im getting a error message saying "Game cannot Run"

Any ideas??

Need to upgrade my firmware as any new games wont run on my current verion!!
