yeah, as the title has said how to differentiate between the 222mhz psp and 333 mhz and what is the difference between them.

Do you have CFW installed? if so what CFW do you have?

you have XMB CPU Clock speed and ISO/UMD CPU Clock Speed.

The higher the mhz the faster the CPU runs. Having it set to 333mhz will drain your battery quicker. But if your running an ISO/UMD that lags in 222mhz setting it at 300mhz or 333mhz should help.

The only side effect running it in 333mhz a quicker battery discharge.
