I have a movie that has A PAL file and the rest are NTSC.

hey guys , I have a movie that has A PAL file and the rest are NTSC. Why is that? and how do i convert that One file to NTSC? Thanks Guys

You should be able to use DVD Flick or a similar program to encode the whole thing to one format or another...whichever you like.
