Need help to Identify this 360 mod chip

I purchased this chip from www.modchip.ca It is advertised as a NME 1.2 for the samsung drives. I was trying to find the actual manufacturer as it does not actually seem to conform to any of the NME chips I have seen. Wires have been presoldered by modchip.ca to contacts: 1, 2, 5, 6, and 11. Wires are color coded.
1. green
2. yellow
5. red
6. black
11. white

This is all I have been able to find so far, but it is amazingly uninformative in nature. I appears to be a company in china o.O
Any information anyone has about this chip would be greatly appreciated. (especially a wiring diagram..)

I dont think that is an NME 1.2, looks more like a NME 1.1, the 1.2 chip looks more like this one:

yes that does look close, the numbers are fairly alike on the chips. The problem is the board its mounted on is completely different. I hesitate to start soldering randomly till I find an accurate wiring diagram =x

The NME 1.2 works for both the Hitachi and Samsung. There's not one chip for either drive. I really believe you got a (bad) clone.

EDIT: After reading that link you provided, it states it's not a NME... it only uses that NME Samsung code. It's called the Chipmod360.
