M33 How to run ISOs

I've looked through the stickies and they seem to only list guides for using Devhook. But I wanted to know how I run my ISO and CSO files using M33 3.52 custom firmware. I've already got the files uncompressed and in a single .iso form, just unsure about what to do from here.

Also, do filename's really matter ? I'm trying to get Bleach: Heat the soul 4 onto my psp, but the filename was cvn-brehs4.iso which looked too weird so I renamed it.

Just place them in the ms:0/ISO folder and launch them under Game menu memory Stick.

Changing the name of the ISO is fine.
