The title of the thread clearly says 3.52 M33-4.

Make sure you have a short title name.

Example:

Correct -- Fifa07.iso
Not Correct -- FIFA-07-[PSP][EUR][www.torrent site.com].iso

I just helped with it. make sure the title is short.

Also right click on the ISO and make sure Read Only and Hidden boxes are unchecked.

You do have it in the ms0:/ISO folder correct?

The ISO folder isnt in the PSP folder?

Here are a few things you can try.

Make sure the title of the ISO/CSO is short.

Example:

Correct -- Fifa07.iso
Not Correct -- FIFA-07-[PSP][EUR][www.torrent site.com].iso

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Now right click on the ISO/CSO file and choose Properties. Make sure the Read Only and Hidden box is unchecked and the Archive Box is checked.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Go into recovery mode (Hold R shoulder button down while turning on PSP)

Now go to configuration then to UMD MODE and keep pressing X till you see Sony NP9660 NO UMD.

When it is set to the above setting go to BACK and press X.

Now go to ADVANCED and press X.

Go to ADVANCED CONFIGURATION and press X.

Make sure all the settings here are disabled.

Now EXIT out of recovery.

Now try the ISO/CSO.

Tried all that. CSO just doesn't seem to show up.

So I try to use the original ISO.

I see the Square Enix logo, then the Final Fantasy 10th Anniversary logo...

and then it loops over and over. Endlessly.

What to do...

I have nothing of importance to say.

Tried that as well.

I'm just going to try and download a new ISO and see what happens.

I'll keep this thread updated.

I have nothing of importance to say.

I downloaded a new ISO, put it on my PSP, and it still does the same damn sequence thing.

I'll try to compress it now.

I have nothing of importance to say.

Alright. Somewhat progress.

I compressed the original ISO into a CSO. Now it shows up. YAY!

Whenever I load it though, it goes to a black screen, freezes, then turns off the PSP.

3.52 Kernel
Sony NP9600
Free UMD Region: Enabled

What's going on people?

I have nothing of importance to say.

hmmm . . . looks like everyone has different outcomes, even if the settings are the same.

@ashnruin
is your 3.52 m33-4 a clean upgrade, or was it upgraded from OE firmware?

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd

Alright to larrylje, so far this is the only game I'm having problems with. Virtua Tennis and Bleach: Heat the Soul 4 have been working fine.

And to cee43ja1, the first time it was from OE, but just yesterday I did clean upgrade (went down to 1.5, then to 3.52 M33, then 3.52 m33-4) and that's whenever it started up my game and then froze and shut off.

I have nothing of importance to say.

try this:

-copy all of your memory stick contents to the computer
-run a dos prompt (start->run->cmd)
-type "format (psp drive letter): /fs:fat"
-close dos prompt when done
-copy all contents back to memory stick

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd

Hey guess what everyone...

I tried EVERYTHING you guys said and I couldn't find out what was wrong.

It was because of my damned memory stick. FAKE. Got it from eBay...so before you guys jump to conclusions about somethign wrong with your installation or something, check the memory stick.

I have nothing of importance to say.
