I'm no expert but all I normally need to do is open the ISO with DVD Decrypter and burn it, if you have an ISO just try that and ignore the other files

sorry, I cant help you with those. All I can suggest is that if you are right-clicking to extract the archive, to perhaps open winrar and try to add the archive manually. Sorry if that doesn't make a whole lot of sense but as I said, I'm no expert, just doing my best to help

With Bully, try right clicking on the first rar file, select 'open' and then unzip from inside winrar.

With Manunt 2, it sounds like you have unrarred it too far, if it's an iso file you don't have to unrar it, just simply burn with dvd decrypter.

I'm not sure about SM, never cared for it, only ever used chips. But even if SM does work with PAL games on an NTSC console your TV probably doesn't support PAL anyway so you'll need the program that converts PAl to NTSC. Search for it on these forums.

As for the other, do you have enough free space on your PC's HD for a 4.something GB file? If you don't try deleting some stuff off your HD till you've got about 5GB free and try again.

If you are going to use Swap Magic you do NOT need to convert Manhunt 2 to NTSC. I am using the PAL version on an NTSC console and NTSC tv, and it is working fine. Swap Magic does a soft recode and allows you to play the game, just burn and go you should be fine, just load it as PAL when Swap Magic asks and you're good.
