PCSX2 - BACKUP GAMES

I am using the PCSX2 emulator to play PS2 Games in my laptop. It's working preatty good. The thing is that I have already scatched several games for not keeping them properly. One solution could be to be more careful. The other one: to have a backup of the original game and play with the backup. How could I do this? Can I just copy a PS2 game and play it my laptop (cause it's not working so far...).

HI! I think you can play really really scratched game in a PC, but not on PS2, PS2 reading is worst compared to PC Dvd-drive. So i think you should test...
