Hi,

(Not sounding like a cry baby)

Is there a way to get users banned from xbox live for trash talking??, cause just recently this moron sent me a voice message, bagging me out, saying stuff like "your G#y" etc, but I don't even know this person?,

can i get this person banned???

all you can do is file a complaint against him/her. if you view their gamercard it will have a bit where it says 'file complaint' then gives you options of what they done, like trash talking, abusive behaviour and so on.

or you could just get over it. that would be the easiest thing to do. since if you in the 'underground' category it says you dont mind trash talking, and some other things.

This is true. In Underground, (almost) anything goes. You can file a complaint against the user, but I've never heard of anyone being banned due to MS's complaint system.
