look i have a psp with official ver 2.50 firmware, and i really cant find a copy of gta to downgrade it.

Use the guide XEnigmaX linked to.

Upgrade to 2.71 then downgrade using 1 of the 2.71 downgraders. You will need to find out if you have a TA-82 or higher motherboard or not. Then choose the 2.71 guide that corresponds with the type of motherboard you have.

A 2.71 fw doesn't require a GTA UMD :)
