Windows XP.

Whether I connect by wireless or ethernet the icon in the
system tray permenantly shows the 'acquiring networ address' cartoon.

I don't understand why as the other
computers on my network are set up in the same way with no problems AND the internet DOES work anyway.

ANy ideas???

Hey, are you using a static or dynamic configuration for IP address?

Static. Seems to be sorted now, not sure what the problem was as I changed a lot of things.

Thanks for asking anyway...
