Halo 3! Original Disk VS Backup? Ban Coming?

I played Halo 3 last night for 3 hours without having my HD on and did not save. I was going to save because I got pretty far, and as soon as I put the HD back on (while on pause) the unit reset and I lost all my progress! Ouch! Oh well, thats ok I guess.


My question is, when I get my legit copy on 9/25, would I still be banned from XBL since I am running a legit copy with F/W on my machine? Im sure nobody knows a real answer to this, but I am interested in hearing everyones points of view on it. If my backup is going to get me banned on 9/25 then I just wont play it anymore and wait until my original gets here. Im wondering if we still wont get banned with an original and F/W on our units. I know MS said nobody would get banned playing early, but my question relates to original disk VS backup for the ban...

Any thoughts?

who care , if u get banned so be it, big deal, halo aint all that anyway, plenty of other games to play around with if u got banned by halo.
