HALO 3 is hyped up game, I doubt that will be perfect game, doubt that will be better than Gears of War or Oblivion

noooooooooooo............... halo 3 will be the best game ever, beating all in sales and break records. The halo games are ledgendary and it has a reason to be hyped sooo much. It was kept soo secret so know one could know what would happen and now its all coming out at once, spoilers on youtube, people getting it early, the price (good god thats steep) , ledgandary man .

i've never played a halo title before, so are the games really as good as the hype?
could someone answer that question with an unbiased view and who isn't 'halo's number 1 fan'.....lol
Currently on my 7th PS3 and 4th Xbox, gotta love technology.. |

coming from a non-gamer here...
few games meet the hype, once you get down to it. everyone says a game is great, so you subconsciously figure it must be great.
halo is a good game, yes. but is it great? what defines "great"? if you spend any time at all in reality, out of the gamer mindset, then no, it's not great. it gets old.

its depends on what u like really, to really like halo you need to have started at the first one...all in all its still your average FPS but to me what puts halo a little higher is the multiplayer..its just fun and for some reason a lot of people including myself dont get tired of it...

Halo is a great game. Halo 2 was a good game that was more about Online multi-player. Halo 3 hopefully will be great but chances are will be better than 2 and not as good as 1.

ya i didnt overly mind halo 1,2 and now i have 3 they seem to be more of a cult following game, i just like the online aspect of games find its more fun

Im not keen on the halo games, i had the first halo, i played all the way through the game, finished the final boss and as the ending was about to start, the game crashed, i couldnt be arsed to do it again, my ex used to always be on the game, and playing it live, personaly i dont see the hype and the wooooooo factor of this game, it is a good game, just not for me

in all actuality Halo works like this...
if your good at the multiplayer part of it then you will like the game..if not then you wont like the game,i have had many friends that didn't like halo 2 but after they started getting better they wanted to play it more and more....
people who are not good at this game wont like it...
