I have been using DVD cloner, DVD Shrink, And now DVDFab Platinum. But here recently i have been having trouble making copies of these new releases.
Wild Hogs
BobbyZ
And now Codemned.

I get them copied to iso files and also get them backed up with Video_TS and Audio_TS files. Everything looks ok and i can even watch the Movies in DVD shrink and DVDFab. After i get the copy done and get ready to burn the movie i keep getting burn Errors on all the movies listed above. I have upgraded all my software and have tried several new ones. But dont understand why i cant burn these movies. Can anyone help me out here. But like i said. I can get the movies To ISO files and or Video_TS and Audio_TS folders. But they wont burn at all. I keep getting Error Burning messages. I have Tried DVD-R disk as well as DVD-RW disk. Even having trouble with DVD X Copy Platinum software that always burns with no problems. Please help

Thanks

DVDFab Platinum shouldn't have problems with these, especially if you have kept your program updated.
I'd say 90% of burn problems are caused by poor media or to fast of a burn speed.
Try using one of the top rated brands. Here's a pretty good list:
http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm

Try setting your burn speed at 1/2 the rated speed of your media, 4X for 8X rated and so forth.

If the burn error is occurring near the end of the burn, try reducing your target size to 4300 Mb.

DVD X copy has been out of date for, three years at least, so it is no longer reliable for any movie newer than that.

If you post again, please list the specific error message and at what point in the burn it occurred, the beginning middle, end or?

DVD X Copy is really out of date. I used AnyDVD, DVD Shrink and Nero to copy Wild Hogs with no problem at all. There is a lot of free programs that will copy all the new movies. too.

I was able to back up all 3 of these movies using DVDFabHDDecrypter,
FixVts, Shrink, and Imgburn.
The Condemned was the biggest worry. The purchased disc would not
play on a stand alone DVD player if you watched the previews first.
After the previews it would make the player look like it had shut
off. The door would not open. There was nothing on the TV screen.
The remote would not turn the player back on. Had to unplug the
player and open the drawer immediately upon plugging back in. The
disc would play the movie if you went to the root menu right away
and skipped everything else. This happened with 3 exchanges of the
disc and 4 different dvd players.
After I backed it up, the back up played just fine. Don't know what
they put on this disc, but it was something I haven't run into before.
