I don't know how to get or use PopsLoader for PSP custom firmware 3.52M33-4 its really confusing to me, and do I need it for CW cheat 0.19?

Download this SEPLUGIN file and extract it. Drag the folder to the root of the PSP Memory Stick and then go into recovery menu and enable it under Plugins.

You don't have a MS_ROOT folder only a MP_ROOT folder.

When someone says Memory Stick root that is the first directory of your Memory Stick. Where the ISO/MP_ROOT/PSP/MUSIC/PICTURES/VIDEO etc. etc. folders are.
