hey people um i dont know if this is the right forum but this is my problem i need help bcause i have a windows xp home edition bootleg version i think???? and i need a product key can someone help me or give some advice thank you oh is there anyway to register windowsxp with out purchasing it or with out doing the 30 day trial????????? please help if u can!!! epekbrick ya'll

Sorry, but there is no way around it. Micro$oft employs the genuine advantage now that checks for illegal copies of their software so even if you do get the illegal version on your PC it will be pretty much useless.

EDIT: Why don't you try one of the free Linux Distros such as Ubuntu.

Like LOCOENG said try linux. Fedora Core 7 is an excellent choice.
