I just downloaded 08 demo . Why you have to play it with analogue and not with arrows like we used to !

because analogue is more easier and things have updated since the days of the PS1

well i think its easier, and im sure alot of other people do to, thats why FIFA uses analogue and not the D-pad.

More fluid motion with the analog stick i think.

It's definitely more fluid and easier (not more easier) to use than the directional pad. I agree that they should have the option to have the user select how he or she wants the controller laid out, but whatever.

I downloaded the demo too. It's great but i didn't know how to play for the first 45 minutes lol.

Yes . They should let the user decide. For me i dont know how to use the analogue cos i dont play much..all i play is football and F1. So no FIFA for me , but PES 08 ( hope its with arrows ) :)
