hi when i download a game from the ""Usual Places"" i burn the disk using a verberti DVD+R DL in my Lite-on DVD Burner. the 360 wont boot the disks and as for checking the SS the SSmerger just reterns a nice big error message saying somthing like it cnt conect to the database so i have no idea if the ss is corect or anything i am using dvd decripter with the layer brake set to the one in the .dvd file and i am burning at *1 what am i doing wrong?

don't use ss merger, i find schtrom 3.3 is one of the easiest for injecting stealth files. the when done check to see if it passes stealth check to ensure your injection worked, then burn with clonecd.

i dont have the stealth firmware i just use the extreame 5.2 can you point me to a tutorial on the schtrom injection of the ss.bin and burning using clone cd

best programs for checking an ISO for stealth is either Xbox Backup Creator (newest is 2.6) and even better than that is DVD Mulleter 9

These as so easy that i doubt you will need instructions.

with XBC it has an image tab, go there and click stealth check, browse for the file and hit ok.

DVD Mulleter you browse for the file on the main window, click next and it will check it.

nothing more to it then that.
