3.52 M33-4 Questions

A big thanks to Larryljie and cee43ja1 for ur help in guiding me thru the installation of CFW 3.52 M33-4. Finally I can play the newer games.

Seem to have some extra options but dunno what r they for. Can help me out?

Configuration:
Use Vsh menu (Currently: Enable)
XMB USB Device (Currently: MS)
Whats the Vsh menu for?

CPU Speed:
Speed in UMD (Default)
Speed in XMB (Default)
Will changing of speed for the above affect the operation of the psp?

Registery hacks:
Activate WMA
Activate Flash Player
Need to activate them b4 playing the files?

The folders 150 and 352 in the MS, can be deleted away or need to put files inside?

I have seen some psp with the recovery icon in the game menu, Mem stick. What is it for?

Here is a link that explains what the settings are in RECOVERY MENU.

GAME150 folder is for Hamebrew Emulators that require 1.50 kernel to run.

GAME352 folder is for Homebrew Emulators that requires a higher kernel to run then 1.50.

Then wat bout the recovery icon? what izzit for? and sorry for the question for the recovery mode. I post oreadi then i see the recovery thread.

The only thing I can think of is there is a recovery Application you can use in the XMB. That could be what you are thinking of.

HERE is a link to the application but I have never used it.

Thanks for ur prompt reply. I tink i give it a miss. Btw from the guide u posted on my last thread. U nv mention bout the kxploitpatcher, but i read on other thread that need to run that 1st. I nv run that but i can play the games. will there be anything wrong?

You didn't need to run the KXploit Patcher because you where already on an OE version.

You only run the KXploit Patcher when your at 1.50 firmware then upgrade.

If your on any CFW like an OE or M33 version you can go straight to the M33CREATOR step.

Wow, i got that now. I getting to learn more and more on psp. I got my psp a few months ago. Since i bought, all the changing of CFW are done by shop. as i was scared to do it. But this forum got helpful guys. I may asked question which are repost cos theres really too many pages to search, so please pardon me.
