Corrupted memory card - Help needed

Recently I switched on my PSP to find my memory card was corrupt and was told to reformat. The annoying thing is I have loads of save files and it would take me literally weeks of playing to get back to where I was. Is there anyway of moving the save files from the corrupted memory card onto my computer so I can put them back on the memory card after I have reformatted it?

if you have a way to directly connect your memory stick to your computer (built in reader, usb reader), you might be able to. but most likely, you'll have to format when you try to open it on the computer.

Yeah, I tried using my card reader with my PC but it said I had to reformat it.

Could someone suggest a specific program? I have looked but I can only find free trails that require further purchase to work.
