I just found out my 360 is giving me the ROL but it has a modded firmware, as far as i can see the warranty is not vold at all. Do you think M$ checks for the firmware before they do anything to it?

Would it be best to revert my firmware back to factory settings?
any suggestions ? let me know thanks

If you modded your 360 with a custom firmware, they you VOIDED the Warranty right there! When you take the system apart, there is a Seal that M$ uses, that when it's removed they can tell if the system was opened or not! If you did turn it in though, I would first put the old firmware back on before you send it in!

i looked at the seal and to me it seems fine. It doesn't look like it has been tampered at all.
For some odd reason if my 360 warranty as not been VOIDED can i still send it back with the modded firmware?
or
I am i better off buying a new console, and then mod it again?
