I want to downgrading my psp and foolishly ugraded it to 3.71 and i have a couple of questions ;
Do i have to use pandora's battery to downgrade?
What do i need to make a pandora's battery?
Is it legal?
Can i get back to PSP OFW once i have downgraded?

You can't make one, you need a 1.50 or CFW PSP for this job, maybe a mate will do it for you, ask here on aD (We'd need to know where you are) or buy one ready made from ebay.

It's not illegal to make them, but after it's made, the files on the MS are illegal to distribute (Meaning people on ebay selling it are actually breaking the law)
