I have got psp version 3.53m33-4 does any1 no wen i can update that plz and can u plz show me step by step guide 2 were to put the files on my psp memory stick

It's 3.52 M33-4, not 3.53 M33-4.

The next firmware update is 3.71 M33, which hasn't been released yet... just wait

EDIT: No, you wouldn't need a UMD exploit, when you're on CFW you can run unsinged code whenever...
