right iam trying to put the heatsink onto the cpu and everytime i try there always a screw that never tightens fully i do one screw at time keeping the heatsink level but it still doesnt help any suggestion plz

What do you mean doesnt tighten properly? you mean it keeps turning? if so then you need to take out the motherboard again and tighten up the nut holding the bolt to the case.
