I've tried searching on the internet for this, because i refuse to hard mod my wii, because i'll probably mess up. I never found anything thing on the internet of whether it's even possible.

If Soft modding insnt possible, can someone tell me if theres any other way to play backed up games on my wii without hard modding?

Nope. You have to solder on a modchip.

Well maybe with the upcoming Action Replay for the Wii there will be something. But if you want to play backups now then you'll need a modchip.

How much total will you think it will cost to hard mod? will this work for 3.0U?
