To all X-Box owners,
I am sending this message to those individuals who have had problems with their X-Box. We are investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Microsoft for their faulty X-Box consoles. Class Actions are complex and not easy to explain. But here is what you can expect if you sign up with us:
1.) We will need you to fill out a client information sheet which we can send to you in the mail once I have all of your addresses (Please get me this info ASAP). The information sheet will help us determine if you qualify to be part of the class action and who we will use as the "test case."
2.) We will select a "test case" -one person- to be named Plaintiff in the original lawsuit (this must be done before the court will create a class).
3.) Once the class is certified (created), all potential members of the class will be given a choice to be a part of the lawsuit.
There are many more steps on our part, but that is the basic procedure for your part. Remember, you pay us nothing.
There is power in numbers, so please contact your friends, relatives, message boards and let them know about this. Please give them my information to contact me to be included.
Once I get your address and permission to send the information sheet and representation agreement, my assistant, Tracy, will put itin the mail immediately. Time is of the importance. So please respond as soon as possible.
