You're allowed to mention websites, just not direct links to any illegal material that could be contained within the website (A game link for example)

I think the reason is because people would rather wait and do nothing for whatever time for an answer than spend 5 minutes looking it up. Its just lazyness.

this thread now its found its purpose should have a seperate forum devoted to noobs and the just plain stupid so they go there first instead of asking dumb questions that they would know if they read the rules fully and understand it lol
