I have an hitachi and i havent been on xbox live in about a year. Do you think i have to update my firmware so i dont get banned? Sorry i forgot which firmware i loaded. Do I need Ixtreme?

i have a hitachi xbox which i bought pre-flashed before the ixtreme firmware even existed, and i'm still not banned.

so to answer your question, yes i suppose it would be a good idea to update as ixtreme offers more 'protection' when on live

Thank you and also i wanted to know, if i get logged on to xbox live right now, do you think i would get banned or i would be banned? But i havent been on in a year because when i had my old xbox 360 it got banned right when halo 3's beta came out. Thank You
