Help with my new burner...

I just bought a dvd burner. A buddy of mine told me the programs I would need to be able to create back up dvds (DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, RipIt4Me). I think I get through shrink ok. But after Dvd Decrypter loads up, where do I go from there?

Any help would be much appreciated.

first read on the forums theres plenty of answers

dvd decrypter, dvd shrink isn't updated anymore so they need the help of an updated ripper like dvd fab decrypter or anydvd for them to work.

ripit4me was pulled from the sites but still works on most movies. heres that guide

so you have several choices you can use dvd fab to rip dvd shrink to transcode and dvd decrypter or nero to burn ,this is all freeware.

or

you can use the easiest program out there clonedvd 2 + anydvd (free 21 day trial) you can download here

remember to use good blank media like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim burning no faster then 8x on a clean machine without other programs running while burning. updated firmware for you're drive/burners helps also

Thanks. That all helped a lot. I ended up finding a program called ImgBurn. It's a lot like Dvd Decrypter. I also downloaded DVD Fab. The only problem I am having now is that I don't think it is reconizing my burner. I just bought a Samsung Super-Write master, it works fine with my computer, I can burn cd's with it no problem. Any idea's with that?

try reinstall the software the drive isn't reconizing or try uninstalling and reinstalling the drive its self
